Never trust remembered state. Every task starts by re-grounding in the live code, git, and deploy state. Rework is expensive; re-onboarding is cheap.
Orchestrate, then verify
Decompose the work, fan it out, and adversarially verify every claim before it counts as done. A green typecheck is not a working feature.
Ship with evidence
Deployed and live-verified, with a screenshot that post-dates the deploy. Anything less is a hypothesis, not a result.
