Prototype-to-Production Sprint
Your idea, live in 1 to 4 weeks.
One flat rate, one scoping call, and a production app you own outright. It runs in your own cloud project, Maya is built in, and anything that breaks in the first 30 days is on us.
$10,000–$25,000
flat rate, fixed after one scoping call
Not sure yet? Start with the Launchpad, $1,500, credited to your Sprint.
What you get
The plumbing is already built. Your budget goes into your product.
Every Sprint starts from the same production framework, so you pay for your product, not for the parts every product needs.
Your own cloud project
Firebase hosting, database and functions in a project you own, on your domain, with security rules on every collection.
CMS and admin
Pages, posts, media and the data your product runs on, managed from an admin your team can use on day one.
Auth and roles
Sign-in, account management and role-based access, already wired to the admin and the database rules.
Maya, ready to switch on
The voice and chat agent that answers, qualifies and books. Turn it on at launch or add it later.
Payments and leads
Stripe-ready checkout and lead capture that routes into your CRM, so the product can take money and conversations.
The quality-gate pack
Type checks, end-to-end tests, and build gates for prices, claims, images and accessibility, running before every deploy.
Pick a size
One entry step and three Sprint scopes.
Start with the Launchpad if you want to see it before you commit. Every scope is a flat rate fixed on the scoping call.

$17,500
flat rate · 2 to 3 weeks
A core product with roles and payments.
Full Sprint
$25,000
flat rate · 4 weeks

How it works
Three steps, three payments, no surprises.
- Step 1
Scope it on one call
We map the product with you and quote a fixed number inside the band. 50% on signing the scope.
- Step 2
Approve the design
You see and approve the screens before we build them. 25% on design approval.
- Step 3
Launch and warranty
We build, test and deploy to your domain. The final 25% before launch, then a 30-day warranty on anything that breaks.
What will it cost?
A real number, before you commit to anything.
Pick what you are building and how ambitious it is. The exact figure comes from the scoping call.

What people ask before a Sprint.
What is the Launchpad?
A $1,500, 5-business-day start. You get a written scope, a deployed staging prototype on the framework with your branding, Maya trained on your own FAQ, and a fixed-price Sprint quote. The $1,500 is credited in full against a Sprint signed within 30 days, or taken off any Maya setup fee. If it is not delivered by day 5, it is refunded.
How can a production app be a flat rate?
Because most of what a product needs already exists in the framework: hosting, the CMS, auth, the admin, payments, lead routing and the quality gates. The Sprint budget goes into the parts that are genuinely yours, so we can quote a fixed number after one call.
What if my project is bigger than $25,000?
Then we say so on the scoping call and quote it upward from the top of the band. Larger platforms (several apps, an agent, custom billing) are common; the Sprint band covers a focused product shipped in 1 to 4 weeks.
Who owns the code?
You do. On final payment you receive a perpetual license to your application code, and it runs in a cloud project on your account. There is no rented template and no platform lock-in.
What happens after launch?
Every Sprint includes a 30-day warranty. After that your team can maintain the code, or the managed retainer ($2,500/month) keeps features, security and performance moving.
Can Maya answer our calls too?
Yes. Maya is built into the framework. AI Workforce plans start at $997/month, and with Enterprise Kickstart the one-time setup fee is waived on an annual plan.
